Sunrise Ranch is a magical place

Great place, gave me a life changing opportunity when I really needed IOP. Manny is awsome, has a lot of insight on recovery and how to turn life around. I’ve been a addict for 15yrs from NJ and didn’t take recovery serious until I got away from my hometown and came to California. Sunrise Ranch was here to make sure I got right back on my feet. Thanks Sunrise, def worth coming here.

My 38 days at Sunrise Ranch were some of the best days/nights I ever invested in myself. Facts areas if today I am 71 days clean and sober and next week I go back to work. The staff under the direction of Todd Wall and Brittany Ramos are top notch. My therapist Nicole went above and beyond many times on my behalf. Mike Ortega and his staff are all to be commended on the hard work that they do. I give a special shout out to my angel Karl who runs the Cairo house as he too went above and beyond on my behalf. Food service provided Edwin and Steve served up delicious and nutritious food. Lastly the nursing staff under the direction of Linda do an excellent job especially with the number of patients they have to deal with, and let me tell you they too are GOD'S angels because they have to deal with so many personalities.Addicted people are sometimes not nice... Overall the day is full, with process groups, meetings and outside activities. I am grateful to each and everyone who works there. Thank you, Sunrise Ranch!!! Scott P.

I have worked closely with Sunrise recovery numerous times. Their dedication to their clients care is truly amazing.

I don't really know how the "Ranch" gets clients from all over the U.S.. I don't think it's all that. Nurses are rude, especially Linda Rodriguez. Linda has a foul mouth during group time. If it was up to me, I would terminate Linda.Mike has a attitude problem. Juan and Manny are great! Tammy and Zack are awesome. Jacob in admissions awesome! Gilbert is extremely awesome! Carl is thee man, and extraordinary human being. I love Carl! All therapist were very knowledgeable and did well at group time. Brett needs to speak properly. Brett is cool! The food there sucks! The chefs cook the same thing over and over. For instance, a bisquit and gravey for breakfast and no protein. The chefs cook left overs from another day. The food and snacks aren't diabetic friendly. The staff and the clients aren't food certified. At dinner time, the chef is gone. The staff and clients cook dinner. This a not a good place for non-smokers. This place is not a place for people with disabilities and they don't cater for clients that are diabetics. There is nothing but stairs and no wheelchair access. Between June 24th thru June 30, 2017, there was a Hepatitis "A" scare. All clients and staff had to get vaccinated through Riverside Health Department. There swimming pool is always dirty and green. Sleeping arrangements were great. The beds were comfortable. No phone access til 5:00 p.m.. Lights out at 10:30 p.m.. You must wake up at 6:30 a.m. or else you get a write up. Clients are very friendly and become like a family. Most clients come in looking horrible. But in 2 weeks they look a lot better. Going to AA meetings were not inspirable at all. There was one AA meeting out of 10 that I was very inspired. That's the one I'm going to every Saturday. I would like to see new management at the "Ranch." I like to see Carl and Gilbert get promoted! Gilbert took a group of clients to a Christian church called "New Beginnings" in Norco, CA. . The church brought me a spiritual awakening. My addiction was alcohol, which was caused from work. When I left the "Ranch" I was happy to leave. I believe the "Ranch" did help me a little bit, but for sure I'm not going to abuse alcohol again. I'm loving life more than ever before.

I appreciate the opportunity review our experience's with Sunrise Ranch Riverside,Ca. Sunrise has serviced our members for about eight to ten years. From the beginning I was not only impressed with the appearance, but the structure of the program and staff. Communication with Beat It EAP has always been excellent and is so important in continuing care and other circumstances that our members must deal with in their sobriety. We highly recommend Sunrise Ranch and look forward to a continuing close professional relationship for the benefit of our members and their families.

Awesome place I was safe and comfortable there they help me I was there Dec10,2015 and I'm one yr sober because of the Reach thank you sunrise
